At Badesere Lagos, each piece is created with thoughtful attention to craftsmanship, quality, and detail. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Items  
Returns or exchange requests for ready-to-wear items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom & Consultation-Based Orders  
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke garments, Agbada consultations, and made-to-order pieces, these orders are non-refundable once production has commenced and design details have been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can review and assist promptly.

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
